In a recent crime news story out of Philadelphia, PA, a man was arrested and charged with multiple offenses after allegedly robbing a convenience store at gunpoint. According to police reports, the suspect entered the store with a firearm, demanded cash from the clerk, and then fled the scene on foot. Fortunately, no one was injured during the incident. The suspect was apprehended by authorities a short time later and is now facing charges of armed robbery and possession of a firearm. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
