In Philadelphia, a man was arrested after attempting to rob a convenience store at gunpoint. The suspect entered the store with a weapon and demanded money from the clerk. However, the clerk was able to activate a panic alarm, alerting police to the situation. Officers arrived on the scene and were able to apprehend the suspect as he attempted to flee the store. The weapon used in the robbery was recovered, and the man now faces charges of armed robbery and assault.
