Standard Farms Ohio Recalls Cannabis Gummies Statewide Over Undisclosed Soy Allergen

Product Recall

The Ohio Division of Cannabis Control has issued a recall of 40 cannabis-infused gummy products from processor Standard Farms Ohio LLC after discovering that soy oil and soy lecithin used in manufacturing were not declared on the product label. The recall was issued April 23, 2026, and covers products with purchase dates from July 16, 2025, through April 14, 2026. The DCC has not received reports of adverse side effects, but urges consumers with soy allergies to stop using the affected products immediately.

What’s Being Recalled?

Seven gummy product varieties from Standard Farms Ohio are included in this recall, all sold at licensed dispensaries across Ohio: Blueberry Lavender Nighttime Gummies (25mg, 10mg, and 12mg THC per gummy), Green Tea Daytime Gummies (10mg THC), Sparkling White Grape Gummies (10mg THC), Wildberry 2:1 CBN Gummies (10mg THC), and Tropical Fusion 5:1 CBD Gummies (10mg THC). These products were distributed to 41 licensed dispensaries statewide, including Rise, Terrasana, Herbal Wellness Center, Backroad Wellness, Off the Charts, gLeaf, Consume Cannabis, and others across Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Dayton, Toledo, Youngstown, Athens, Akron, and additional Ohio cities.

Why Was This Product Recalled?

During the manufacturing of the recalled gummies, soy oil and soy lecithin were used as ingredients. Neither soy compound was listed on the product label or identified as a food allergen. Soy is one of the nine major food allergens recognized under federal law, and its undisclosed presence can cause reactions ranging from mild symptoms to severe, life-threatening anaphylaxis in people with soy allergies or sensitivities. The omission represents a labeling compliance failure under Ohio cannabis product regulations.

What Should You Do?

Anyone with a soy allergy or sensitivity should immediately stop consuming any of the recalled products. Return the products to the dispensary where they were purchased for a full refund. If you have experienced any adverse symptoms after consuming the recalled gummies, contact your healthcare provider and report the reaction to the Ohio Division of Cannabis Control at 1-833-464-6627. Consumers with questions about the recall can also contact the DCC at the same number.
